Itunes sucks
Please remember that this is a RANTS page... for nice stuff find my other blogs...
Now, I don't have much to say that is nice about itunes.
1. with the pepsi free songs deal, I redeemed 15 coupons, and they expired!!!! After I redeemed them! I typed those dang things in, and never got a song! I couldn't find any that I wanted, then when I did figure out something that I wanted, I couldn't get em.
2. albums cost the same as individual songs-- THIS IS WHY the industry is not selling as much.. We could buy entire albums with art 14 songs, all good quality for 12 bucks.. now It would be 14 bucks... YEAH we don't seek all the songs... but the album experience is often worthwhile.. I love hearing the transitions between songs, and hearing the changes between soft songs, and heavy ones. ALBUMS are needed... Also, it's like a bundle... ever wonder why costco sells super giant sized boxes of things for a low price per item? They still make more profit off of it!!! because they sell tons!
3. Play / Pause button messed up... There should be a distinct play and pause button... I dred using the itunes interface, because if I hit stop, I can't resume from where I was (I was playing a podcast)... and sometimes, I want to be able to hit stop, and go all the way back to the beginning of the track.
4. seasons passes for shows... I still don't have the last two episodes of the office season 3... (from itunes) The delay sucks.
5. Also, there are no episode numbers on the files! I had to open a web guide to figure out what one to watch next!
6. I accidentlly bought a duplicate episode... they only gave me a "freecoupon" for another video... PUnks.. I wanted my $2 back.. I haven't found anything that I want yet.
7. Free tune of the week... I don't know why I download them... They have all sucked.
8. Too hard to give feedback... Screw em! Apple has crap user interfaces... IE7 sux just as bad.. but oh well.. I don't want to have to pay for something, and fight to fix it.
9. My advice, get a PVR and get a really good antenna signal, and record that way.. comercials are fun the first couple times watching them.
